Payment methods
\nFRONTTEAM ApS accepts online payments with Visa\/Dankort, Mastercard, ApplePay.<\/p>\n

Payment will only be charged to your account when the physical product is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.<\/p>\n

All amounts on the website are inclusive of VAT.
\nThe website uses the following currencies for pricing:
\nDenmark – Kroner (DKK), Euro (EUR)<\/p>\n

FRONTTEAM ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by outsiders.<\/p>\n

FRONTTEAM ApS’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.<\/p>\n

Delivery time
\nThe delivery time for your order is 1-5.<\/p>\n

FRONTTEAM ApS ships goods with the following: GLS – Business<\/p>\n

The freight is calculated based on weight.<\/p>\n

You will be able to choose between having the package sent “without delivery” or “with delivery”.<\/p>\n

You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal
\nThere is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.<\/p>\n

The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.<\/p>\n

You are responsible for any return costs.<\/p>\n

Any request for withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Requests to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to lindy@frontteam.dk. The notification must clearly state your wish to use the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Condition of the goods upon return
\nYou are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the goods. This means that you may test the goods in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.<\/p>\n

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to FRONTTEAM ApS to assess the condition of the item.<\/p>\n

Right of complaint
\nThere is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to all defects in software, material and manufacturing.<\/p>\n

Complaints regarding errors and defects must be notified to FRONTTEAM ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. \u2028A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.\u2028We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs.<\/p>\n

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.<\/p>\n

FRONTTEAM ApS will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent.<\/p>\n
